Odyssey Theatre Ensemble is offering the West Coast premiere of Norwid’s Return, starring and directed by Polish-American actor Marek Probosz, exploring the raw genius of Cyprian Kamil Norwid, one of Poland’s greatest writers of the 19th century. Classical music of the great composers--Mozart, Satie, Chopin, Szymanowski--illuminate the Norwidean darkness and the complexity of his mind. Performed in Polish with English supertitles.
